Through the contact form we collect the data you provide yourself: your name, phone number and/or email address, the selected project type, and the content of your message.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers and do not build visitor profiles.

We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We use Resend to deliver form messages, and the website is hosted with Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf as processors.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting contract, then delete them, unless the law requires longer retention.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).
