Terms of Service

These terms apply to all Benko offers, contracts and services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We prepare a quote based on our conversation. A contract is formed once the order is confirmed in writing, including by email.

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Payment is made in two parts: 50% on order and 50% at launch.

The monthly maintenance subscription is billed in advance. With annual payment, the client receives two months free.

The average site is launched within 1–3 weeks of receiving all required materials. Timelines depend on the client providing materials on time.

The client provides text, images and necessary access in good time, and warrants that they have the right to use them.

The monthly subscription includes hosting, updates, backups and minor changes within the agreed scope.

The subscription may be cancelled with one month's notice.

On full payment, the client acquires the right to use the completed website. Benko retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Either party may withdraw from the contract in the event of a material breach by the other. Work already performed is invoiced.

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

We aim to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, the court in Maribor has jurisdiction. The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies.
